Giuseppe Ursini was featured on the Italian television programme Unomattina which was broadcast on Tuesday, 10th of September. Olio & olivi of Ursini was chosen to represent Central Italy for it’s quality products; in a programme dedicated entirely to hand-packaged specialties in olive oil. The programme also featured a young lady in a traditional Abruzzi costume while Mr Ursini spoke about the Region of Abruzzo and his land around the Fossacesia area. He also explained how to prepare “red mountain potatoes in oil".
