URSINI SPECIALITIES CHOSEN FOR BUSTO ARSIZIO

A very select gathering of experts and famous people, including the journalist Wolfango Yezeck, Vittorio Missoni the fashion designer and Bruno Ceccuzzi the jeweller, will be treated to the exceptional Brunelli Reserve Biondi-Santi 1955, 1969, 1975, 1983 and 1997 vintage wine-tasting and Schidione del Millennio 1997 (Game-bird spit-roast) organised by Oscar Atelier - Busto Arsizio Wine’s pastry-chef. This will be held on Tuesday, 21st October at eight O’clock in the sumptuous surroundings of Le Robinie Golf Club in Solbiate Olona. Following the tasting, there will be a gala dinner, for which the Ursini company’s specialities have been chosen. An exclusive menu has been specially prepared by the Chef Ermanno di Paolo under Giuseppe Ursini’s supervision. The antipasti will be bruschette - hot toasted-bread served with anchoiade, tapenade, tuna, seafood spread and green and red pepper spread, followed by a choice of pasta - rigatoni or farfalle alla meditteranea, served with crispy bread and toasted nuts.
Finally a grand selection of (pickled) oil-preserves will be served, such as carrot coils, courgette and peppers, red garlic pieces, potato, yellow pumpkin and young artichoke hearts, all of which will be served with Ursini’s single-variety olive oil.
