Our recipe section is designed to reveal the secrets of cooking with extra-virgin olive oil. This is, of course, with reference to a very specific, Mediterranean diet, which values fresh ingredients, and combines them with carbohydrates, vegetables, pulses, fresh herbs and spices, fish and a little meat. All of which is enhanced by extra-virgin olive oil, a gift of nature able to aid the digestive process. Our recipes are all based on this and may bring to mind? warm? memories of the sun, sea, good food and dolce vita of the Mediterranean. Perhaps a little taste of this life-style can be brought to your kitchen through our recipes.
